As a licensed behavioral health facility, admissions are guided by individual needs, professional assessment, the facility's scope of services, and available accommodations.
General Eligibility
Prospective clients should:
- Be adults aged 18 or older.
- Have behavioral health needs appropriate for the facility's licensed services.
- Complete applicable admissions and assessment requirements.
- Be willing to participate in an individualized treatment or recovery plan.
- Follow established health, safety, and residential guidelines.
- Participate in appropriate scheduled activities and meetings.
- Cooperate with applicable monitoring and assessment procedures.
- Respect the privacy, dignity, and rights of other clients.
- Meet applicable referral or funding authorization requirements.
Admission decisions consider clinical appropriateness, individual needs, available services, bed availability, and authorized placement arrangements.
Our Admissions Process
Step 1 — Initial Inquiry
Contact HopeFounded to discuss the prospective client's residential needs, referral information, and possible openings.
Step 2 — Clinical and Residential Assessment
An authorized professional reviews the client's behavioral health needs and determines whether the facility's services and setting are appropriate.
Required clinical assessments, consents, and supporting information are completed under the applicable admission procedures.
Step 3 — Funding and Placement Verification
Our team reviews eligible funding sources, insurance or program authorization, and any applicable referral requirements.
Step 4 — Review of Client Rights and Facility Policies
The client receives information about accommodations, treatment participation, household routines, financial arrangements, visitation, and applicable residential expectations.
Step 5 — Admission and Orientation
Following approval and confirmation of an appropriate bed, the client completes the required documentation and receives an introduction to the facility, staff, daily routine, and applicable care arrangements.
